Have you lost your way? You can’t seem to read the road signs anymore? You can’t seem to find your map, or worse you left without it! Not to worry. Your soul is the greatest GPS device known to man in your journey though life.

The problem is, that while we are beings of energy, that energy right now is locked up in a body and mind/ego. It’s not a huge problem, but the body and mind can speak pretty loudly some times, so loud that we can no longer hear our soul. The soul will always try to get you where you’re going, we just can’t hear it all the time.

So, we’ve developed tools, maps, goals, vision boards, coaches, therapists, and a plethora of others just to keep us on track. When all we really need is to be quiet enough to hear the whisperings of our soul. We’ve all experienced those moments when we didn’t walk down this street, or did make that phone call based on something we ‘felt’. Many call that intuition (and it is), but what they don’t say is that intuition is the voice of the soul that is screaming at you to do something. Usually the soul is much much quieter.

It takes practice to hear the soul. This is what they call a spiritual practice: Meditate or pray daily. Do acts of random kindness ( ARK’s) and be aware of what your soul is telling you. Einstein once wrote; “The only real valuable thing is intuition.” We don’t always hear it, but then again we aren’t always listening.
